The bed was way too soft, totally wrecking my back. I even switched rooms for more sunlight, but it took ages for the staff to approve. Plus, the cricket noise outside my door was unbearable at night—definitely not a restful stay!

Had a really lovely stay on this visit. The staff were really helpful and the facilities were very good! Liked every minute of being there, recommend.

Well, it was a very relaxing stay on the third night Saturday of our three night stay.

Great location, just a short walk to restaurants! Our spacious apartment was perfect for family time, complete with a kitchen and comfy beds. Although the jacuzzi and some tech had issues, the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Would love to return for another visit!

Considering this was a resort near the mountains I thought the doona could have been a bit thicker.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a romantic getaway for a weekend, and we were thrilled with our experience. The spa room was beautifully presented, and the spa bath was an absolute highlight. The bed was comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. We also indulged in the resort's hot tub and sauna, both of which enhanced our relaxation.

No dining available, no delivery service advised even though it exists in Mansfield and I was told it did not by your staff. Heating in room was marginal at best. Had to go out and get pizza, told owner they don't exist to the hotel even though they do deliver.Needs brochure in room.

the hotel is super clean and has a great location. shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. we loved the hospitality! the staff even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary. the pool and tennis courts were fun, and the manager allowed us a later checkout - which was awesome!

The room was reasonably spacious and updated, I had great experience.

My room included a kitchen area and a good heating. The breakfast was great, well presented and with lots of options. The staff was exceptional plus the location was great.

the room was clean and spacious with great amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. the location was ideal, within walking distance to the main strip. the heated pool, tennis courts, and playground provided entertainment for the kids.

We met with relatives at the property so it was priced to cater to most budgets. It had a relaxing ambience and is close to many wineries and places of interest.

we had a fantastic time at alzburg resort. we enjoyed the convenience of hiring ski equipment on-site. the friendly staff made our stay comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent. our studio apartment was clean and cozy, with a huge, comfortable bed. the pool and jacuzzi were a hit with the kids, open until 9 pm. the free internet and netflix kept everyone entertained. the location was perfect, and the shuttle to the ski slopes made it family-friendly. overall, great value for money.
